Elevate your meals at home with Sriracha Aioli. This spicy and garlicky sauce is perfect for dipping fries into or slathering on top of burgers. It’s even great served with chicken or roast vegetables. This is the slightly more grown-up version of my spicy mayonnaise and boy is it drool-worthy. Throwing it together couldn’t be easier. You have two options for the base - use store-bought mayonnaise (super quick & easy) or make your own immersion-blender mayonnaise. Then you add in some sriracha, garlic and lime to create a flavourful dipping sauce you won’t be able to get enough of.
