The whole family will love these easy keto popsicles with raspberries and white chocolate – I tested them on my kids and several of their friends to be sure! Obviously, these low carb, keto friendly popsicles are going to go over well… how could they not? We’ve got white chocolate base, dotted with raspberries and frozen into a creamy, dreamy dessert. And, even better, these low carb popsicles take just 10 minutes to make, plus some freezing time. Grab the 5 ingredients you need and I’ll show you how to make keto popsicles. “Can I have popsicles on keto?” This is a common question that we’ll cover below. (Hint: there’s a recipe for the best low carb popsicles below!) along with how to make them, and what sweetener options will work. I’ve made fruity sugar-free popsicles and classic keto ice cream with coconut cream before, but this time I wanted a more creamy white chocolate flavor. (My other ones were blueberry lemon flavored, and the cream was mixed with the fruit, making for a fruity popsicle instead of a creamy one.) And what’s the easiest way to make white chocolate popsicles low carb? Use keto white chocolate! And while there is a way to make homemade keto white chocolate, let’s be honest – it’s a hassle. And while it’s good, I actually like the ChocZero Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips used in this keto popsicle recipe so much better. It’s hard to beat professionally made chocolate. 😉 ChocZero Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips are the perfect keto white chocolate – they are low carb, sweetened with monk fruit, non-gmo, gluten-free, soy-free (read why soy is bad here), and use only natural ingredients. And most importantly, they taste awesome! I’ll be creating more recipes with them in the coming months.

How To Make Keto Popsicles

These low carb chocolate popsicles take just 10 minutes to make, plus freezing time. Here’s how:

Melt white chocolate. Place the ChocZero Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips into a double boiler on the stove. Heat occasionally, until melted.

TIP: To make a double boiler, fill a small saucepan with water and place a glass bowl on top, then bring the water to a simmer over medium-low heat. I love the small saucepan from this set and these glass bowls, because the bowls nest perfectly inside the pan. If you have different pans, I still recommend the set of bowls, because they have virtually every size to nest into almost any pan you have.

Make keto friendly popsicles base. Whisk in the coconut cream, Besti Powdered Allulose, and sea salt until dissolved. You can heat in the double boiler if it’s not dissolving. Remove from heat, then stir in the vanilla.

Fill popsicle molds. Place 3 raspberries in 6 large popsicle molds, filling them halfway.

TIP: I love these reusable popsicle molds – pictured below.

Add more raspberries, then fill the rest of the way with white chocolate mixture.

Freeze. Place popsicle sticks into the molds, or the covers with sticks if your molds have those. Freeze until solid.

Release. To release popsicles from the molds, run the mold under warm water for about 20 seconds.

Are popsicles keto friendly?

Most popsicles are not going to be keto-friendly, most versions are loaded with sugar and carbs. Which is precisely why we needed these easy keto popsicles! Each one of these low carb white chocolate popsicles has just 4.9 grams net carbs.

Can I use a different sweetener?

Yes, you can. You’ll need to use a powdered sweetener, so that it dissolves into the low carb chocolate popsicles smoothly and you don’t end up with a grainy texture. This keto popsicle recipe calls for Besti Powdered Allulose, but you can also use Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend or Besti Powdered Erythritol. Or check out my keto sweetener guide to use whatever you have — as long as it’s powdered.

Is there an alternative to coconut cream?

Yes. Heavy cream is a fine replacement.
