To make these soft cookies into Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies, you can substitute semisweet chocolate chips or white chocolate chips for the one cup raisins. A few other variations include using half chocolate chips and half raisins for a sweet combination of classic oatmeal raisin cookies and chocolate chip cookies. NOTES
When making these cookies, if you don’t have room for spread in your air fryer basket, chill the dough for about 30 minutes before cooking. When removing the cookies, they can be soft when warm. Letting them sit for a few minutes, helps them to slightly firm.
