This is such a quick side dish to make and requires just a handful of ingredients. In about 10 minutes this a healthy side dish will be ready to set on your dinner table and eat.

BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER IN THE AIR FRYER

You will love this recipe because these cruciferous vegetables make the perfect side dish. Take these crunchy vegetables to a fall potluck, pack them in school lunches or enjoy them as a simple, healthy afternoon snack.  This is great dish to make because everyone enjoys roasted vegetables with a beautiful piece of flakey fish or juicy steak. They have an amazing flavor and will become a part of many family favorite meals.

What goes well with this dish?

Serve these veggies on top of a shredded cheddar cheese baked potato or mixed into a creamy risotto. They are delicious with a perfectly cooked Air Fryer T-bone steak, crispy halibut or juicy air fried chicken thighs.

Ingredients:

broccoli floretscauliflower floretsextra virgin olive oilgarlic powderkosher salt

Optional Additional Flavors: You can find several seasonings to add flavor, like McCormick’s. Add a teaspoon of black pepper, fresh garlic, creole seasoning, nutritional yeast, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, minced cloves garlic, onion powder, cayenne pepper or a splash of lemon juice.

HOW TO MAKE BROCCOLI AND CAULIFLOWER IN AIR FRYER:
